Over the weekend we went to my mom's family reunion that we have every two years. This year's theme was Medieval Times. We had a lot of fun.

The Great Escape

Yesterday my family and I went to The Great Escape. We had a great time! My favorite water ride was the Mega Wedgie. The name sounds weird, but it was a lot of fun. You can go on a single or a double tube. You go up all these stairs and once you get to the top you sit on your tube in this pool. Then the lifeguard pushes you down this big tube. You go down this big drop and then you slide into a big funnel like pool. You go around and around until you shoot out the bottom on your tube into a big pool. My favorite ride in the park was the Ragging River. You go down this river on a raft and you get splashed by water. You come out soaking wet. We had a great time!

Last Day of School

Today was the last day of school! This morning I was a H.C.S. student (Helderberg Christian School) and this afternoon I officially became a L.C.S. student (Loudonville Christian School). I am happy that I am going to Loudonville, but I am sad because most of my friends aren't going to Loudonville next year. Just Julia is going. Well I have to go.

Doug's Graduation in Connecticut

Yesterday we went to Connecticut for my cousin Doug's graduation. Only the parents went to the graduation. The kids stayed at my aunt's mom's house. We played outside most of the time. It was SO hot! After the graduation we went to my Aunt Cindy's house for a party. The party was outside. It was about 95 degrease. The kids set up obstacle courses while the parents talked. We had a lot of fun.After the party we were all about to get in the cars, when the ice cream truck came down the road. We had already had desserts, so we just waved to him as he went by. Then my uncle told us that if we wave he would stop. Then the ice cream man turned around! All the kids hid in the cars and my uncle told him that we were just playing. It was really funny! We got home at 10pm and as we drove through Greenville some one was shooting off fireworks, so we stopped and watched. We had a lot of fun!

My Ballet Recital

Yesterday I had my end of the year ballet recital. I had a great time. The only thing that went wrong, was that the power went out in the first song. Thankfully it was out for less than a minute. I was in six different dances. It was so much fun. Ther were 25 dances in the whole thing. It started at 7pm and ended at 9:30pm. We got after 10pm. I was really tired!
